Window Cleaning Company in Barton Creek
There are national franchises working Barton Creek and there are local operators. The difference shows up in who answers the phone and who is accountable when something goes wrong. Here is how Squeaky Clean is set up.
Locally owned, not a franchise
Squeaky Clean is owned by Kyle Taylor and run from the Lake Travis area. There is no franchise fee priced into your quote, no call centre, and no regional manager to escalate to. You deal with the owner.

What's included
- Pure water washing of all exterior glass
- Detailing of edges and corners so no drips are left behind
- Wiping of exterior frames and sills
- Ladder and extension pole work for second-story and high windows
- Treatment of light hard water spots where the glass allows it
What that changes in practice
Quotes come after someone has looked at the house, not from a per-window table. Scheduling is done by text with a person who knows the area. If a job runs long we finish it rather than moving to the next booking.
What Barton Creek glass is up against
Large custom elevations facing the course or the canyon, often two storeys above a terraced garden, and frequently with coated or tinted glass that needs identifying before anything is scraped.
- Course irrigation
- Fairway-side glass takes hard water overspray through the watering season, which dries into a mineral film that needs restoring rather than washing.
- Oak sap and pollen
- Mature live oaks drop sap as well as pollen. Sap bonds to glass and has to be scraped off carefully, particularly on coated panes.
How we bill
You approve a written price before any work starts, and your card is charged after the job is complete, not before. No deposits, no subscriptions you have to cancel.
Working in Barton Creek
Barton Creek houses tend to be large, custom and set back behind mature oaks, with the best glass facing either the fairway or the greenbelt drop. Two things make that glass hard work: course irrigation that reaches the pane, and a tree canopy that drops sap as well as pollen. Sap has to be scraped rather than washed, which is the part a quick visit usually skips.
What it costs
We do not price Barton Creek work from a table. We look at the property, count the glass, check the access, then give you a written price with no obligation. Your card is charged after the work is done, not before.
