Frequently asked questions
Pricing, what is included, how we work and where we work, all in one place.

How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on how many windows you have, their size, how many stories, and any add-ons such as screens, tracks or hard water restoration. We look at the home first so the price is based on your actual windows, then you get a written price before any work starts.
How do I get a price?
Call or text us on (512) 200-2160, or send the estimate form on any page. We will arrange a time to look at the home and then give you a written price. No obligation.
How do I book?
Once you accept the estimate we agree a date by text. Your card is charged only after the job is complete.
What is included in a window washing package?
Inside and outside window washing, track and sill cleaning, and optional screen cleaning. Glass doors, high windows, hard water stain removal and exterior power washing can be added to the same visit.
Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes. The standard package covers both, and you can also book exterior only.
What is your pure water cleaning system?
We filter the minerals out of the water before it reaches your glass. With nothing left in the water to dry onto the pane, windows dry clear with no spots and no chemical residue.
Can you reach two and three-story windows?
Yes. Between professional ladders and water-fed poles we reach almost all residential glass, inside and out. Tell us the ceiling height when you book so the crew arrives with the right equipment.
Do you remove hard water stains?
Yes. Sprinkler overspray and hard water spotting is one of the most common problems here. We test a pane first and tell you honestly what can be restored. Glass that has been etched for years may improve without going back to new.
Do you clean screens and tracks?
Track and sill cleaning is included in every package. Screen cleaning is an option we can add, and we use custom screen cleaning equipment rather than washing them by hand.
Can I combine several services in one visit?
Yes, and most homeowners do. Windows with screens and tracks is the common pairing, and many add hard water restoration or a driveway wash. Everything is quoted together.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Choose quarterly, twice-yearly or annual service and we will text you before each visit.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Two to four times a year suits most homes here. Cedar and oak pollen seasons, lake exposure and sprinklers hitting the glass can make more frequent visits worthwhile.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior work, no. Leave gate or access details and we will text you when the job is finished. For interior work someone needs to let us in.
Which areas do you serve?
Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood and the surrounding Lake Travis areas. If your street is not listed, send the form and we will tell you right away whether we can reach you.
I searched for a window cleaner near me. Are you local to my street?
We are based in Lakeway, so for most of the Lake Travis area we are a short drive away. We regularly work in Rough Hollow, Flintrock Falls, Serene Hills, Spanish Oaks, Falconhead, Barton Creek Lakeside and West Cypress Hills, among others. Call or text us your address and we will tell you straight away whether you are in our area.
Are you insured?
Yes. Squeaky Clean is fully insured and our crews follow strict ladder safety on every job.
Are you a franchise?
No. Squeaky Clean is locally owned and operated by Kyle Taylor, who lives in the Lake Travis area. You deal with the owner, not a call center.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Our focus is residential homes. We do take on some storefront and small commercial work locally, so call or text and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Still have a question?
