Window Cleaners in Kingsland
When you search for window cleaners you are really asking who is going to be standing on a ladder outside your bedroom. Here is who comes to Kingsland homes, how we work, and what you can expect from the crew.
Who actually turns up
A small local crew, not a rotating list of subcontractors. Squeaky Clean is owned and run by Kyle Taylor, who lives in the Lake Travis area and is usually on the job himself. Where we can, you get the same faces each visit, because a crew that knows your house misses less.

What's included
- Pure water washing of all exterior glass
- Detailing of edges and corners so no drips are left behind
- Wiping of exterior frames and sills
- Ladder and extension pole work for second-story and high windows
- Treatment of light hard water spots where the glass allows it
Insured, and happy to prove it
We are fully insured, and we will send a certificate before the first visit if you or your management company want to see one. Ladders are padded and footed properly, and we do not walk on tile roofs.
What Kingsland glass is up against
River and lake frontage means glass that faces open water, and in a lot of cases a house that sits empty between visits, so dust and spray get weeks to set rather than days.
- Weeks between visits
- Dust and spray that would wipe off after a few days bond hard after a few weeks empty. These houses need a deeper first clean.
- River and lake grit
- Where the Llano meets the Colorado the wind carries fine grit onto the water-facing glass.
How we treat the house
Shoes off or covered indoors, furniture moved back rather than climbed over, and planting protected under ladders. Pure water means nothing caustic goes near your beds or pets.
Working in Kingsland
Kingsland sits where the Llano runs into the Colorado, and a lot of what we clean here is second homes and rentals rather than full-time residences. That changes the job: owners want the glass done before they arrive or before a guest check-in, often without being there. We coordinate by text, let ourselves in through the gate code you give us, and send photos when we are finished.
What it costs
We do not price Kingsland work from a table. We look at the property, count the glass, check the access, then give you a written price with no obligation. Your card is charged after the work is done, not before.

Window Cleaners in Kingsland — common questions
Are your window cleaners insured?
Yes, fully insured. Ask and we will email the certificate of insurance before we start.
Will the same cleaners come each time?
Wherever scheduling allows, yes. On recurring plans we try hard to keep it consistent because the crew learns your house.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
No. We move what needs moving and put it back. It helps if you clear window sills of anything fragile.
Can you work around a dog or a gate code?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we will plan around it.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Tell us and we come back. That is what the satisfaction guarantee means.
Do you cover my street in Kingsland?
We work across Kingsland regularly, including Packsaddle, Sunrise Beach Village, Blue Lake Estates and the surrounding streets. Call or text (512) 200-2160 with your address and we will confirm straight away.
